I need some work warranty work done on my coach. Tucson looks like a good place to get it done. How is Beaudry RV's service department?

I've read a few reviews on Beaudry on that "other" RV message board and some of the opinions expressed there weren't too favorable. You might want to browse over there are read them for yourself.

Does it have to be Tucson? We found (after a referral from Monaco) that RV Renovators, in Mesa, AZ were really just great.

RV Renovators get great reviews online. Beaudry did not. I will go by Mesa, if I still have problems. Thanks for the recommendation.

Hi Lukeaa,
I just got out of the "new" Beaudry service facilityin Chandler/Mesa, AZ. They are just across the highway from Firebird Raceway. They have twelve big bays and a lot of people. We were able to get in pretty quickly. They treated us very well. Now hopefully the fix that they did will work.
Good luck and Merry Christmas.

We can also highly recommend Robert Crist RV and Company in Mesa, but not sure of their schedule and your timeline. They were recommended by Monaco and they have excellent customer service and skilled technicians. Paul was our main contact (Dave is the manager). The technician was George.

And if you need tranmission or chassis (alignment) work while in the Phoenix area, we can recommend Williams Detroit Diesel on 19th Ave in Phoenix.

For any mechanical work on an RV contact Tom at Massey Diesel in east Phoenix. I have had excellent experience with this firm.

Eaglesview,
Hey what a co-inkydink, that's where we are going to get a couple of funky electrical and guage bugs fixed January 2cnd.
Monoco told us to call Tom Kszepka at Massey's Diesel & R.V. Repair, Inc. From talking to him he is "The Man" to have when working on Roadmaster and Spartan chassis. He's the boss in that department and he is a mechanic's mechanic. Kszepka sounds like (Chepka) by the way.

We've also had good feedback re: Tom @ Massey's and spoke with him when we thought we would need to bring in the MH. Luckily Robert Crist & Co took care of it all.

(Teofff 'frequents' their shop. ) The numbers are 602-233-1700 and 602-269-7045.

You can't go wrong with Tom & Massey's. My Camelot was leaking air through a broken gasket on my intercooler and I was leaving for a cross country shake down run. Instead of having me wait until Monday, Tom overnighted the intercooler from Monaco Thursday for Friday, had his technician come in at 6:00 am,, had the old removed befor Fedex arrived at 10:00 am, and had me on the road by 2:00 pm. Now that is service. He has also taken care of other problems for me and he is always concerned and accomodating.
When I first met him, he seemed a little "dry," but that is just Tom. Nothing is ment by it.
You can tell he enjoys his work and runs a good shop.
