I was going to pull out the Sony (DVD Player) out to look at the back to see what sort of sockets were back there. It is definitely fastened down, but could not see how. I pulled back the vinyl under the cabinet to see if there were screws, but didn't see any. It is an older model (2002).....any ideas?

In my 01 Windsor, the Sony DVD System is held down with velcro, very strong velcro. I had to pry it loose.

I see what you mean. I'm just curious now, so I think I'll wait till I have to take it out. After trying to pry it out and watching the metal begin to flex, it looks like I'm going to call it a day. Thanks for the answers.

Even that is an understatement, I tried to take mine out today and bent the case slightly. Luckily it still works OK. I also learned something about my Sony system, the thing is a 5 disc changer!! And to think, all this time I've been putting one CD at a time in the thing. Doh!

Winnebago uses that same super strength velcro so I've had experience with it too. Rather than just trying to overpower it, use a butter knife or small screwdriver to separate the velcro pieces. Takes a few minutes, but it's a lot easier in the long run...
