How to access water spigot in fridge door.

I have a Dometic NDA1402 fridge with ice and water in the door. It looks like the water tube has come off the water spigot as when I try to fill a glass, the water flows out from around the actual outlet itself.

Does anyone know how to access this to repair/replace??

I have downloaded a parts manual, but it does not show the inside of the door.
Do you have to remove the door ...or... is there some way to remove the front cover of the ice/water panel? It looks like the water line is part of the lower door hinge.

And no, I don't want to replace it with a residential fridge!!

Although it is for 'Ice Dispenser' pg 17 shows 3 different screws in lower part ----under the drip pan

Sounds like water line/connection bust if not properly drained for winter

Old_Biscuit - Was able to take the front panel off the ice/water dispenser. Found that at some time in the past, the nozzle broke and someone used some glue to glue the tubing in place. Over time, the glue dried up and let go. Got some new tubing from Home Depot along with a 1/4" splice. Cut back the old tubing then drilled out the old nozzle and pulled the new tubing through. I am back in business
