I have a Endeavor and the model number is 37 WDS. I have figured out the S = slide but what does the WD mean?
Inquiring minds want to know!

No one including God has ever been able to totally figure out the Monaco family of products designations. Every time someone thinks they have it figured out, up pops the exception! Maybe is Washer/Dryer Slide, just joking!

CyberVet65.....Her is an old discussion on what you're asking. This was for the Monaco line. Your "W" isn't in the listing though.

I am wondering the same. I got a Vacationer 34 SBD

I figured that the "S" is for single bath and the "D" for double slide. But what about the "B"?

Here is my floor plan. Does anybody have an idea?

Here is my best guess, based on previously comparing several floor plan designations to their respective plans. I did a "study" one winter when I was suffering from PMS (parked motorhome syndrome).

The first letter is often a description having to do with something about the bathroom area. I'd guess that your wardrobe is in the bath area or that you have a "walk-through" bath (as opposed to a private bath). All the coaches that have "D" in the middle have a "diagonal" kitchen sink, as far as I can tell. The "S" definitely refers to "single slide".

OK, how did I do?

gonzo,

The SBD stood for "side bath, double slide". I didn't have to guess at that one. It's listed in this 2004 tech tip.

Okay, if the first character represents the bath, then what does the "W" represent for the posters coach? Mine is a PDQ, I think the "Q" is for "quad slide(s)", but the rest is a mystery, ... I love this stuff. It's like reading a foreign language and none of us can speak it, much less read it.

Based on Tech Tips, my guess would be "Split Bedroom, Double slide".

I have always thought SBD meant "silent, but deadly"! I will be sure to never park close to you.

Tom49..I think all our doors are on a side.. aren't they?? The last letter is the designation for how many slides...
  • S-single
  • D-double
  • T-triple
  • Q-quad
