HWH air leveling problem
When I press the level button twice the air starts to dump then the level light will flash red like a strobe. I have the HWH 2000 air and jack combo. I can dump and raise front, back, and each side.
Any suggestions? The HWH web site has service centers but the closest one has a month waiting list.
Travel mode works also.
The center driver side light is off on the panel.

You said what you have and that it's dumping and you can work the jacks so what is it not doing?

It stops trying to level after 2 seconds of air dumping and the light above air strobes red

There are two ways to use that system. Press the level button one time and it is then in manual which allows you to raise or lower as you press the proper key.
Press the level button puts the system in automatic which as you said dumps a bit of air, then stops, and yes the light will start flashing. Give it a bit of time and it should level the coach. It will not dump all the air, but over time will continue dumping just a bit as needed to keep the coach level. Once all the air is gone, it then uses an auxiliary compressor to add air as needed to keep the coach level.
Sounds like yours is working as it should or did we miss something?

Rex,
I think he may have a problem as I responded to him on the class A forum. I suggested that he post his problem over here on the Monaco owners site. He is hitting the level button twice and the system starts the leveling process but stops almost immediately after dumping some air. It never reaches the point of leveling front to back and then side to side. He is not using the jacks and is getting a red light on his panel. I only have green and orange lights on my panel and my hwh system shows a rapid blinking green light after it levels out. I think he may have problem with either the adjustment of the leveling sensor or possibly ever a bad sensor but not real sure about that. I guess it is possible that he is starting out almost level and the unit is doing nothing more than dumping some front/back air to get level which would indicate that the system is working as designed. I still don't know about a red light.

I installed the HWH 2000 system on my coach myself. I have attached two PDFs that may help you determine IF the system is working correctly, and if not, where the problem may be.
After reading these and trying the system, let us know if you still think there is a problem and a bit more information about the lights on the keypad, and how you are operating the system.

When we bought our MH I had a question about the leveling. I called the number on the manual that came with the coach and was connected with a tech after a very short wait. He was really nice and answered all my questions. I don't understand your problem in getting through to them

I need help last year on the slide outs, and got some good assistance. Called last week, was told that a tech would call back, however they didn't return the call.
I assume that you have put a level on the coach and it is not level. One question to consider - is the MH consistent in the way it is out of level when the light starts to blink rapidly? Rapid blinking indicates that the HWH system thinks it is level. Have you located the sensing unit and checked to see if it is level?

There are a few different models involved and the pads are not all the same. Take a look here to find your model and what the pad shows. I think the OP may have the 2000 series and if so, a green light blinks very faintly and rapidly when the unit is level. This series continues to monitor the coach every so often and adjust the air as needed unless you push the stop button.
