Angry HWH air leveling question

We have a 2000 Monaco Signature Admiral that we purchased last summer. All seemed to work fine, but on the current trip, the air system won't level. When any button is pushed on the control panel, all lights light up. A look online at a HWH troubleshooting manual says this means the whole control box needs replacing because the microprocessor is bad. A call to HWH was met with rudeness and refusing to answer any questions because their "technicians are weeks behind in phone calls." Can anyone offer assistance please? Thanks.

Try calling the Monaco tech support line. They may be able to step you through troubleshooting. The HWH techs are very good but they stay behind. You might try getting to the back side of the control box and unplugging all inputs and then re plugging. Sometimes that allows a reset.

The control head where the push buttons are contains most of the controls. There is also a unit down on the ceiling of a compartment that is the leveling sensor. Unplugging the control head up by the driver should remove power from the system.

There is also a master reset in the front run box.
I'm sure mine is a button/ red light and marked HWH Master Reset?

Problem solved! My son took a look under the main control and found some loose wires, including the ones from the parking brake. Once everything was tightened and the main connector snapped back in place, all now works as it should. Thanks for the suggestions and information.

hi joe, in the future, anyone can feel free to call me. cell is 1-602-549-3638. i work for hwh, and live in arizona. i can help.
as you found, some elementary diagnostics of the system help immensely. the first step in any repair is to download a service manual. your particular problem is covered in that manual.
sorry about the reception you got from hwh. that poor girl gets her butt chewed many times a day for something that is not personally her fault. all of us have gone thru it, but not on a daily basis.
i know her personally, and she is not that way. i have heard some of the calls she gets, and i know what cursing and yelling do to a persons feelings. not all owners, but some, resort to that, just because of their own frustration.
im not making excuses, and will not tell her to get another job, just that a little courtesy goes a long ways.
anyway, call me, anytime, i can take it, and i can really help.
