Hydraulic drip by front step

The pump by the front step runs the bed room slide and the generator slide. I found the source of the leak from a T at the pump. Question is as it it leaking from the top of the T (marked as a Del Tron N20S), is that some sort of needle valve or pressure set, or a bleed point? Before I crank down on that stem sticking out the top of the T where it is seeping the oil drips, I'd like to know if it could be something more than just a plug used to bleed the system. If the bed room slide is retracted, in about a week it has crept out about 2 inches and puddle of oil by the step. So, I guess that drip is bleeding off system pressure holding the slide in.

Safe to try to tighten that stem? Or unscrew it all the way to see if it has an O-ring?

It most likely is the solenoid check valve which by unscrewing you can release pressure on the valve. HWH states not to loosen it to much or valve damage might occur. If it is an HWH system, their manuals are online so you can identify what slide system you have and how to troubleshoot.
