You should be able to clean the filter with a towel and some fuel, solvent, degreaser, oil... Google what ever number you find and I am sure you will get your answer.
If the numbers are worn off and totally unreadable I would then check with Monaco, if that does not work you may need to measure the filter gasket diameter, thread diamter, thread pitch and do a little research on what Micron filter is used for hydraulics.
Also the filter head may have a number cast into it which may be of some use figuring out what filters mate to it.
