Great review! Thanks for posting! I had wanted to see a picture with the slides in, so tanks for that!
Been checking out the lower priced HR Trip, which I really like. Do you happen to know if there are any online pictures of the 35PBD anywhere yet?

Driver very nice review!! I have driven the sister product the Holiday Rambler Trip and have found it to be a very nice riding and handling coach as well. I think the 22.5 tires and 2500 transmission and aerodynamics are a big plus over some of the others that are using the Maxx.7

I think that Trip is going to position where a lot of folk's budget lie. Automotively, it's practically a mirror image of Vesta however the interior of Trip and the down scaling of the amenities is going to be very attractive for buyers.
For example and I already wrote about this but Vesta has a custom integrated awning. Trip has a bolt on awning. Vesta will have aluminum wheels where as Trip will have wheel covers on steel rims. So these are some of the places where you're going to see meaningful savings on Trip.
I like that both are full paint! Between you and I, I like the rear cap and the front cap on Trip a bit more than Vesta but that's my own personal preference. The marketing approach however I expect will work well given that the Monaco Vesta is at one end of the spectrum while the Holiday Rambler Trip is at the other.
You should see the mother-in-law room in the back of these rigs! This compartment features full width pass through storage. Given the GVWR, I expect that this rig will be able to handle a complete bowling ball collection!

Hi Mike, my wife and I were in Coburg at Monaco 3 weeks ago having some warranty issues taken care of on our new Diplomat. We went on a tour and it was great We were the only ones on the tour, (raining) and I can tell you that there were 5 Vesta's on the line for every 1 larger coach being produced. The Vesta was starting to grow on me after seeing it for a while, not sure it would be for me, but seems to be a well packaged unit. The tour guide said they are producing about 28 drivable units a week now, not including all the towables being built, wow there were alot of those being built.
While they were working on our Diplomat, we drove around the area and we saw several different Vesta's driving all around Coburg and Junction City, not sure if they were having things done away from the plant, but they all had several people in them, testing??
Anyway, great post in your blog about the Vesta, very informative.
All the best

Obviously smaller coaches coming through at a 5 to 1 clip means that what I've been writing about all along is true. Up until recently it was typically the bigger the better.
Thanks for the comeback.
