ice maker

We have a Norcold double door refrigerator. with an ice maker. The Ice maker is making icicles at the left end where the tube comes through the freezer wall. We have replaced the inside unit the outside valve and adjusted the fill amount but we keep getting an ice drip. Any one have any ideas? Thanks
