Installing new Slide Seals on a Holiday Rambler

So I have to replace me seals on two slides. These are the double bulb seals with the wiper blade. The original seals were one continuous seal that made a radius at the two upper 90 degree corners. The problem there is that they would not retain a tight seal to the slide wall top and sides when the slide was open. In addition, there was a nice gap above the radius seal that would/cold let water in behind the seal (which it was doing).

So the question I have is this. I decided to cut my new seal at 45 degree angles to allow the corners to seal much more tightly (which they do), however now I need some type of cement to refuse the 45 degree cuts in the rubber. Any thoughts on what to use?

Do you mean '3M Super Weatherstrip and Gasket Adhesive'?

Best I've found, but would be very interested to hear if there's something better....

Hmmm, that link came up as a error (at least for me). Did Amazon-search the name and came up with several more 3-M products. Must be good stuff (if I found the correct thing), pricey. Never did find the $16.99 one, tho.

Thanks for the info.
