Intellitec Video Switch or??

Hi All,

So we have a Intellitec Video Switch # 00-01009-000 with 4 cameras normally displaying on a 7"in-dash Kenwood display; we had work done a few months back and when we went to leave, the Kenwood display popped up with our engine data instead of our cameras. The tech guy simple unplugged something, I think it was the main plug to the video switch, my bad for not paying closer attention. Anyhow it worked after that for several road trips. Went out today to start the coach and do a quick check list and sure enough no cameras again.... just displaying engine data or nothing if the engine is off. I have unplugged every connection I could as well as turned off all coach power, reset everything and the display will not show cameras. Any ideas? Strange thing is the bedroom monitor is showing 3 out of 4 cameras ( inside camera, left and right mirror cameras) but no rear camera. Those of you that had video switch problems have any similar issues? Any info is appreciated. Coach is 09 Beaver Patriot Thunder

Do you have the Kenwood KVT-M707 display unit? If so, maybe try to reset it. Use a paper clip and push the reset button (the blinking red light).

Update

CountryB thank you, tried reset and it didn't make any changes. But after troubleshooting and testing the Intellitec Video switch board, it came down to the Kenwood monitor in the dash; it has two inputs one displaying engine date and the other displaying cameras. we removed the engine data from video 1 and plugged in the cameras output to video 1 instead of video 2 Yahoo, the cameras work. As far as we can tell the video 2 input isn't working on the Kenwood Monitor. I'm thrilled to have a back up camera again. As far as engine data we already have a small digital display built in the dash, no need to have it displayed on the large Kenwood monitor. We bought the coach used and its obvious some camera / monitor changes had been made.

Some are replacing the Kenwood system with the Pioneer. https://www.crutchfield.com/S-CWnuv1...H-3400NEX.html

If you decide to replace the Kenwood system at some time.
I need the hideaway unit for the KVT-M707 (if that is the unit you have). I would be glad to pay you for it plus shipping.

Good luck.
