Inverter outlets

I have an 02 HR Endeavor and I have 2 outlets in the bedroom that used to work on the inverter. They stopped working this weekend off of the inverter, but still work on generator/shoreline. I've checked breakers on the inverter and in the breaker panel. Everything seems good. Any thoughts before I start tearing things apart?

Thanks,
Kevin

I'm not sure if those would be on a GFI circuit or not. But that would be a quick check of the GFI outlets to see if one was tripped.

If your inverter has a GFI outlet, you may need to reset it.

The good old fix of disconnect shore power, no gen running and switch off batteries. Wait to count 10, switch batteries back on, check inverter is on, test outlets. In my 2002 HR Endeavor, manual states inverter only powers certain outlets (fridge being one). Never tested which ones these are.

So you're saying your bedroom outlets used to work when running only on inverter (ie, drycamping) but not anymore, right?
Sounds like you got some good advice there. Hope you get it fixed.

I'd be interested in learning the eventual solution. I was under the impression that Monaco had wired bedroom outlets to not work when the coach was solely on inverter. When I ran into this on my coach, I called Monaco about it and the explanation was that newer-style electric blankets, CPAP machines, etc, have overheating issues when connected to MSW power.

the outlets will not be on a GFI circuit unless they are within 6' of a water supply. BUT they will be on a GFI if powered by an inverter. The GFI is on the inverter.

Are you Sure they worked on inverter?

I have one on each side of the bed that as far as I've found, are the only two outlets inside the coach that are not powered by the inverter!
