Iron Horse

Going to Iron Horse next week to have them replace the Nevercold with a residential. Anyone had them replace yours?

If you are asking about Iron Horse in San Antonio they did mine. They are a little pricey but did good work. I had Home Depot deliver the Samsung to them and had them plug it in overnight to ensure it worked OK. That was 3 years ago everything is still working great.

How long did it take? Did you lose your heater? My heater is below the Norcold.

There was nothing under or over the old NoCold so mine was pretty simple. I think I dropped it off on a Monday and picked it up on Friday. I did it that was because I had a VA appointment that Wens. I think it took the 2 days.

Not enough room to put a Samsung in to replace the Norcold and keep the heater so the options are the Fisher/Paykel or the Amish 'guts'; as a full timer the smaller Whirlpool and the other smaller reefers are out of the question. For the $2,000 difference it was a no brainer to have them put in the Amish 'guts. when it gets here and we have a few weeks to break it in I'll give a report.
