ISB340HP 6.7L in 2008-2012 RV

Anyone else have a Cummins ISB340HP 6.7L in a 2008-2012 Monaco RV. Navistar used up the "left over" Cummins before they changed their name to Navistar RV. ( I did read today that Navistar will be using some Cummins Diesels in their vehicles). deSanford

Maybe I'm the only one with a ISB340HP 6.7L Cummins. deSanford

I have a ISB 340 in a 2011 Berkshire. Great motor with no issues yet. A little small for a 40 but not racing just going. I plan on spending a little time and money getting a few more HP out of it but with the 2500 tranny don't want to do to much.

The MP-8 works GREAT on this engine guys. You will think you got a whole new engine. deSanford (ps NO problem on the 2500) I had to have mine recalibrated so now it goes into 6th gear overdrive at 55. Climbs hills in 6th gear at 55......unless the hill is like the grape vine.

I would say it's tempting to cruyise 55 in 6 as I have no choice of driving over 65 now and most of my driving is on HWY 401 in Canada and the vans maximum speed is 65. So either I'm forced to play (Suffer) with them or run faster (Around 70-75) who is dangerous and cost more fuel!

I'll see the MP-8...maybe

I haven't found many products that have power enhancement products for the Cummins 6.7 with the DEF. What I have been told by Banks is there is nothing out yet for my 2011 but they are working on new products.
That's ok as I'm happy with the motor stock so far. Of course I'm always looking for more.

Actually, I just did the math and after changing the fan (to Source excellent design, extremely low noise!) and the engine and Diff oil to Amsoil, I had a decrease of 20% of fuel consumption. (7.08mpg to 8.51mpg)

I made sure to take last year average vs this year in order to prevent any fluctuation in short term trips.

As a matter of facts, I did the same trips as last year at almost the same time. Also, I must confess that I drove faster this year. Humm.......
