Jake brake not working

We are traveling from NC to MA and left electronic schematics book at home. I can't find the fuse/relay location. Checked the fuses in the panel outside on drivers area as well as 12volt panel in engine compartment drivers side and nothing is labeled Jake brake.

Are you sure it's a power problem? The brake may be stuck and just need lubrication. They make a special lubricant for that and it's supposed to be used about once a year I think!

Yours has a 15 amp fuse labeled eng brk, not jake brake. It also my has a 10 amp on another board labeled eng brake. Then there are several leds on labeled eng brake to let you know whats on and whats not. Theyre on the rt rear panel , the fuses are run boards 9,9a,and 8 i believe.

Thanks for taking the time to look this up. That's what is nice about these boards everybody has each other's back. Its nice to know there is a place you can go when you have an issue. The knowledge here is as they say "priceless". I did a search and didn't
see any posts about fuses/relays. So during lunch break I read some threads about switches as a possible problem. I took apart the peddle removed the switch. In a previous post I had read about this electronics contact cleaner called "DeoxIT D5" I took apart and sprayed underneath the rubber boot cover. I put it back together and hoped for the best. Guess what...it worked great. However, I ordered a $15 switch anyway. Hope this information helps someone else. Thanks again everyone for all support. We are rolling again and almost to MA.
