Are you trying to fix the light or change out the whole grab bar. I tried getting behind the dash to get to those wires and you can't.You have to very carefully pull on the wires one at a time and work a single connector through that small hole in the dash. Don't pull too hard or you will pull the wire out of the connector then you will be in big trouble. The hole is too small or the connectors are just too big. Since you already have the bulb with the wire then you could just cut the wires and connect them on the outside of the dash and then push the connections up into the handle. Be very careful that you keep the continuity the same. It will not work if you swap the wires and may blow the new light. I fixed by lights my buying just a small clear led from Radio Shack and unsoldering the old one and soldering in the new one but you need a low power soldering iron and have to understand the polarity on the LED bulb.
