Just joined the Monaco family. 2008 Safari Simba

We just bought a 2008 Simba, 35ft DP with 4,000 miles. Drove from Cincinnati to SC to pick up. Looks like new. I drove more miles taking it home (500) than the previous owner did in the 2.5 yrs he owned it. I pick it up tomorrow from getting all the fluids serviced and am getting new tires (toyo) Thursday. Old tires looked great, only 4m miles and no cracking but we're 9 yrs old. Can't wait to take it to our river camp then on some trips. Heading to Canada in July. Last picture is our river camp. That was our old motorhome

Looks like you picked up a nice one. I bet you can't wait to start using it.

I wish you the best of luck with it, and many great adventures.

Best of luck with your new purchase, we owned a Safari Zanzibar for 8 years and never had a moment of trouble, well built coaches.

Good score!!

Looks like a GREAT buy. A 9-year old coach with 4000 miles is insane (for the previous owners).

We have a 2008 simba safari 38 ft front end diesel, we were just hit with a freightliner FRED parking brake fiasco, 8000.00 to repair. Parking brake wont disengage, on a fred chassis. Apparently 2007 have been recalled but not 2008's yay us.
