Kitchen Pull Out Island

I have an 09 Dynasty Cheshire IV, with a pull out cabinet / island in the kitchen.
Does anyone have any experience in removing the cabinet ? I would like to take it out to repair the latch mechanism, doesn't lock when pulled out. I can see that there are glides on the top and bottom edges of the cabinet, like that are on drawers, but I can't figure out how to release them. The cabinet goes in and out just fine, but it doesn't lock / latch when pulled out. Any help would be appreciated

I would assume that the slides are full extension slides and it so there should be either a lever or a tab that you push to release. Look at slide when fully extended and see if there is a small little lever that can be pushed up or down. I that is the case, one lever will go up and the other side down to release and pull slide completely out. Or it my have a small tab that you push on to release. Would help if I knew what brand slides are but are most likely Chinese knock off of name brands such as Blum or KV. I own a cabinet business so if I can be of help let me know. Some times it helps to have a person on each side of the slide on bigger drawers and cabinets. Best of luck.

Ours is as GMC says, full extension slides that have a little sent you release them.
That said, ours locks while in but not extended and don't see that it was ever intended to lock in the out position.

x3 on it not locking while out. I got frustrated and added a simple slide-bolt in the corner between the island and the cabinet.
