Anybody know what Koni shocks fits my
2007 34' RSR chassis Vacationer XL?
I have talked to SHOX.com and looked on the Koni website. So far all I can tell looking
underneath the RV is that the originals are yellow. Even though we don't take long trips, I would like to improve the ride. Any help would sure be appreciated.

I assume your originals are Monroes. Crawl under the coach and find the number on the shock. It should be stamped near the bottom of the upper half near the Monroe symbol. You'll need a rag, a flashlight, and some flexibility. Fronts and rears may be a different number, check both. Go to the Koni rv.com website and cross reference the Monroes to the Koni number.

I'm also looking for a Koni shock for my '06 Vacationer with the RSR chassis. I got under mine and couldn't locate a part number on the factory OEM Monroe shocks. Looks like I'll have to pull the old ones off for a closer inspection. If you do come up with a part number, please let me know. I'll do the same.

Bruce or RCG go here but you are going to have to know if your chassis is Ford Or Workhorse and what chassis class then you can use the Bilstein # to X to the shock you want.

A call to the new Monaco yielded the info I needed. Turns out that the 2006 Roadmaster RSR chassis (pusher diesel with leaf springs instead of air bags), uses the same shocks as the 1998 - 2003 Workhorse W-22 chassis. Monaco provided me with the Monroe part number and I cross referenced those to both Koni and Bilstein. I ordered the new generation Bilsteins online for a great price.
