I was hoping the winter freezes would put an end to this problem, but it definately hasn't!
How can I get rid of these little critters, once and for all?!?!?
Thanks in advance!

The first thing you need to determine is whether you are dealing with domestic lady bugs (lady beetles) or Asian lady beetles. Lots of info HERE.

My wife is a master gardner in the state of Washington. I ask how to get rid of them. Her response was if they are that bad you will need to call the Orkin Man. If they are around your MH than move to another location.

Best to learn to live with them and walk around with a dust buster handy.
They won't hurt you. My wife has other ideas though.

Sorry, but they will bite you. I have been bitten along with our granddaughter. We got rid of them by using bug bombs in the coach. First one didn't get them all, but the second one did.

Lady Bugs are beneficial in the garden....they eat aphids which eat your plants....and this is from my Texas Nursery and Landscape Assoc. (TNLA) Master Certified Nursery Professional wife.

I've never in my 63 years been bitten by a domestic lady bug (lady beetle). The Asian lady beetle is another matter - I've been bitten by those. Different critter - different problem.

RustyJC is correct, the Asian beetle, often mistaken for a ladybug, will occasionally bite. They were imported a number of years ago as a 'natural' means of fighting crop pests. Unfortunately, they are not natural to the US, they have no natural enemies here, and are reproducing exponentially. Reportedly they taste bad to birds and other critters that might eat the native lady bug (and they stink, if you squash one, and will leave an orange stain).
In the fall they start looking for a warm place to winter over. For whatever reason, they seem especially attracted to log homes (both we, and a former coworker that had a log home seem to have zillions, rather than the mere billions our family and friends in standard homes seem to suffer through).
The only way to get rid of them, as suggested above, keep the dust buster handy. I pull out the regular vacum cleaner once every couple days to vacum up dozens, congregating around the windows. I'm not comfortible with chemical bombs. Come spring they will disappear again, until about October.

Look for an exterminator who uses Cryonite. No poisons.

We had them in Florida one time. I found many, many behind the slidouts walls weeks later. Had to set off bug bombs also. If you use a vacume cleaner to pick them up..be prepared to change the bag out...they stink. We were parked across from a field of cotton. The farmer had put them there for the crops We moved on down the road. Good luck.

"Lady bugs" are Bugs...Roaches are bugs also. Just because a Lady bug is cute does not mean it gets to stay in my coach.
