Leak in Kitchen Drain Line

I have a leak in the flexible drain line from the kitchen sink which is in a 14' long slide. Anyone else have similar leak that can share their experience?

It's right where that flex hose goes from horizontal and bends when the slide comes in. You can feel a small crack where the leak is. So far I've found Lowe's carries a similar hose called Spa hose in two sizes, 1 1/2" and 1 1 1/4" and the black ABS drain fittings. There's not much room to work there and the Pex lines get in the way since they were tie wrapped to the drain. I'm not looking forward to this repair.

Harry, Happycarz recently did this repair. He spoke as though he may put together a tutorial.
It's 1 1/4" hose and 1 1/4" fittings. I got PVC fittings and a hot multi purpose glue .
I have the parts for when it happens. .....now you know what will break next for me , right?

I’ll be able to post Sunday, as I need a couple of more pictures to finish the tutorial.

I did that repair, it's a common requirement for Monaco. Happycarz will do a great job of showing the repair.

My contribution is just suggesting to replace the spa hose, don't be tempted to use the existing hose. It gets stiff with age which may be the reason it breaks.

Be sure to add more hose supports to keep it from happening again.

Barmcd, and others,

I started a new thread "Kitchen sink flexible drain hose replacement."

The new thread may help others when searching.

I’m not sure how to create a link to that thread, using my iPad. If some cares to do so, please do.
