No problem with the clearance lights and less load on the 12 volt System.
When it come to the turn signals and four ways you will need to replace the flasher assemblies with ones made specifically for the LEDS.
They are also avalable for the interior lighting,if you can fine one where the light color difference does not bother you, they are not that familiar yellow color. There replacements that go directly into the existing sockets.

Most likely the front lights are sealed in silicone because they penetrate the body into the interior

Mike and Rick, They make a number of LED's that will insert directly into the existing fixtures both outside markers and inside fixtures. No need to change out any fixtures. Now ! I did see suppliers online, but did I save a link(s)????
Dick.

The only problem with LED's is the impact on your wallet.

Thx all for replies. Where do you 'spose I can find the LED flashers. Have LEDs on my MC and didn't replace the flashers. I've heard they may interfere with the cruise. The problem I've had in the past was some new lites don't have a ground wire!

I got tired of always having to fix one or two bulbs every year. In 2007 I hardwired all LED lights into my 98 Pace. I haven't had a problem since. If you have round marker lights, they twist 90 degrees and come right out. you don't have to change the base. As mike said, they are siliconed in. you will have to cut the silicone away.

I didn't change my flasher. It worked fine with the LED taillights i put on. My 98 F53 does come with electronic turn signal flasher, instead of the mechanical flasher.

For a new or replacement Flasher take a look at this link.
This outfit can supply many of your needed items. If you download there E-catalog you will need some time if you have a slow internet.

LED Lights & Accessories - SUPER BRIGHT LEDS
I have used Super Bright LEDs as a source for some of my replacement lighting. I tried at first to just change out the bulbs, but the LEDs seemed to be always high priced. I really didn't want to take out a second mortgage just to change out lighting.
The marker lights that I ordered from Super Bright LEDs came as a complete unit with the base which I didn't need. It was a simple matter of snapping off the new LED reflector with attached LED lights, plug into the old recepticle and snap it on - done. A lot better than getting replacement LED bulbs which seemed never to quite do the job.
