curbside rear leveler jack leaking fluid down the shaft from inside the cylinder, on my 2008 knight,anyone know of a video to repair or any info would be helpful.

Any farm or highway equipment shop that works on hydraulic cylinders can rebuild it for you. You can save a bit of money if you remove and install it yourself, but unless you've rebuilt cylinders before, I'd leave it to a pro.

they are not too hard to remove. just have to be careful when you take the hydraulic line loose to protect the threads and tie the line up so the fluid won't drain out. mine are the older jacks and have only one "O" ring. But in replacing it I didn't have any more leakage. They came apart relatively easy as I recall.

This is a long shot but might be worth a try.

Last year I bought a 1993 Kubota 4WD tractor. The front differential had a leak at the input shaft. Didn't even want to think about trying to tear it down and repair so I did some research and found this recommended on a tractor forum.

I drained the old gear oil and filled with new oil and this. The leak stopped immediately and I've put +500 hours on the tractor since.

For the price I'd give it a try.

If that doesn't work you may take the jack off and take it to a hydraulic rebuild shop. Won't be cheap though but probably better then a new jack.
