This is my first post to the forum. We purchased a used 2007 Holiday Rambler Neptune with a rear passenger-side slide. When the slide is extended, light comes into the coach along the bottom of the slide. There does not appear to be a seal on the slide that prevents this from occurring.

A call to Monaco Tech support revealed that some coach models have a seal installed and some do not and that once could be added. I'd like to diy. Anyone done this? What is needed? Thanks.

You might contact a rubber and gasket company. The seal resembles a bicycle tube.

Take a look at this web site:
Slide-out gasket material, RV weather seals, Seal, RV gaskets, Trailer seals, window seals
