On our '06 Dynasty I believe that it is on board #14 in the front run box. Ours is a 15 amp fuse and is labeled "MAP LTS". We also have little halogen (I think) lights on flexible arms on each of the armrests that could be what this fuse is for, but it also could be the ceiling lights over the two front seats.
I also have a fuse in the lighting control (Intellitec) cabinet in the bedroom overhead. It is labeled "PIN LTS, COMP PWR & FLUOR". I'm guessing that the pin lights are those flexible on the armrests, but I haven't checked to see if that is the case.
