Sounds like your park brake pressure switch is starting to fail. Next time this occurs, release and reset the park brake a couple of times while the engine is running. If it stops you have found the problem. Even if it does not stop, the pressure switch is the most likely problem.
Here is a picture of the park brake valve and switch attached. The switch just screws in and is Nason SM-1C66R/WP28. You can get the switch from Monaco or one of the following:
