Lost 12 volt power

Need help. This morning I lost all 12 volt power. I have shore power but no 12 volt. My display showes charging but the rest of the board is not lit up.

Check your solenoid for the 12 volt shut off switch, you can by-pass the solenoid with a jumper wire, or by just hooking up all the wires to one termanal on it.........Bruce

check that the battery shut off switch ( Salesman switch ) was accidently activated the switch is by the entry door with rest of switches

Thanks guys. It went off all by itself and after I pushed the salesman switch a couple of timed it came back on.
