Good Morning all!
drove the coach into work this morning in prep for out "Fulltimers start". It's raining steadily here in Western Vermont/Eastern NY My low air light came on for no reason. front and rear gages are still holding 115 or so and no leaks are heard from the walk around I did with the engine off. I'm thinking the sending unit may have gotten wet. does anyone know exactly where it is located on my Caymen ? Rain dripping down my neck and work starting forced me to stop looking before I found it.
Thanks

I would take it into your dealer. We had the same thing happen, we called Monaco and they advised that it can happen for no reason from time to time, not very comforting! As I could hear the air expelling from time to time I was pretty sure that I had air. Took it into the dealer and they could not find a fault.
A little motorcoach mystery.

Lenny they are generally on top of the front tank a little hocky puck looking thing but not sure where on the Caymen, they get a lot of dirt and road scum and when it gets damp & shorts out. A lot of folks clean the puck and coat the top with silicone

Had simmilar issue with our 08 Knight. Turned out to be a bad annunciator <SP?> It's the black box under the dash that give you the annoying (but safe)low air pressure alarm. I had exact same symptoms w/ good gauge readings and no air leaks. For me the low air light would waiver between very dim and full brightness and at other times simply turn itself off. The replacement annunciator box made the issues dissapear. It was replaced under warranty in July.
