Lube Slack Adj./S-Cams

I have finished lubing all fittings on my 2005 Holiday Rambler Ambassador with 8 airbag suspension. My manual says the Slack Adjusters/S-Cam has 3 lube fittings. I have been all over front and rear, and can only find 2 fittings for each. Anyone else run into this?

Mine only have 2 fittings.

I have looked many times for that third Zerk and have never found it. Me thinks the manual is wrong.
