Lug nut replacement 99 diplomat

Last year we had a inner rear tire blow. The guy who came out didnt know what he was doing and put the 5 washers for the cap covers between the rim and lug nut. Needless to say the torque squashed the washer into the rim gap around the stud, into the lug nut, and made the washer create its own threads. I just got done spending 4 hours removing the 2 washers that didnt come out like the other 3 lug nuts with pressed for washers did. I need to replace those 5 lugnuts but having a heck of a time identifying the pattern.

The lug nut uses a 33mm socket to remove and i think they are 22mm by 1.5 pitch studs that they attach too. Anyone have any ideas?

I've had success buying lug nuts from Ryder Fleet Products.
