Magnadyne MKE 100 / 300/ 400 /500

I'm a new member.. and am searching..

as noted, we have a 2006 Sig.. with the keyless entry mounted on the side of the coach - (vs. in the handle)

This is the second time the beep behind the keyless entry buttons has disappeared.

I'm getting conflicting counsel from Monaco 1-800 / Magnadyne tech support.. (and even my own service organization)

Wonder if anyone has had ths problem, and if so, what was the solution?

Chuck.....Unless the Signature is different from other Monacos or I'm misunderstanding your question, your Magnadyne has nothing to do with the keyless entry. Your keyless entry should be made by this company Industries / Recreational Vehicle / Motor Homes / Exterior Personnel Doors | TriMark Corporation. Thanks Don.. Mine is different.. for awhile, Magnadyne manufactured a special unit for Monaco.. I think this changed in '07 .. and the TriMark was used after..

Sorry.....Mine is an 05 and has the Trimark, but often the high end units have different/better products.

PM Mike Canter.....He has a Sig and is pretty knowledgeable about that coach.

Don.. mystery solved.. apparently I've learned something that none of the experts knew (or remembered).. cause.. I was exiting the coach early one AM, and in the dark, wanted to lock with the keypad.. since my wife was still asleep.. hit the "lock", then remembered something inside.. so, hit the pass code.. again changd my mind, and went back to "lock" before it recycled.. apparently held the "Lock" too long.. and that is what turned off the 'beep'..

Just on a 'why not try'.. I held the "lock" again, (maybe 5 sec) and presto, it toggled the beep back on...

I also have a 2006 Signature with a dead keypad. The key fobs work. I am trying to identify the manufacturer & location of the electronic unit associated with it.
