I went out to MH this morning and found I did not have any electrical power. I have since gotten my 12 volt power back up and part of my 110 volt is still out. The 110 volt that is out is the microwave, a couple of outlets on one side of the bedroom, the front outlet under the dash, one along the dinette side and the bathroom which has a ground fault on it. The ground fault outlet is not getting electricity to it as I checked that.
The conrol panel is showing a flashing green light under charging and above that is a red light (fault). My control panel shows I am connected to shore and can run everything. I do not hear the inverter running which is a concern to me. I as green as it gets at this point can anybody help.
We have had this MH for 1 month, it is a 2009 HR Neptune.
I did have to push the button on the ground fault in the kitchen are to get it to come back on.

Did you try pushing the reset button on the inverter to see if it will restart?
FAULT (red):
OFF - Normal operation
ON - Inverter or Charger shutdown from:
Overtemperature (check tech menu for exact cause),
Low Battery Voltage (battery voltage below LBCO setting
or lower than 9.0 VDC, High Battery Voltage (above 15.5
VDC), AC Overload (loads larger than inv output capacity)
CHG (green)
OFF - Charger OFF, no shore or generator AC present
Fast Blink - AC present from shore or generator, synchronizing
to AC waveform before relay transfer
ON - Bulk, Absorb, Float ,Equalize or Battery Full Charge
mode
Slow Blink - Charger Standby (Charger off button was
pressed with AC available from shore or generator), Charger
Backoff (charger temperature too hot and charger automatically
reduced charge rate to maintain temperature), Low AC
Input Voltage (Input voltage below 85 VAC. Charger automatically
disabled to help stabilize AC line voltage).
INV (green)
OFF - Inverter OFF
Slow Blink - Search Mode. AC load below the Search Watts
setting
ON - Inverter ON and supplying AC to output terminals
NOTE: When both the INV and CHG LEDs are "ON," the
Inverter is in standby mode. Shore or generator AC power is
passed through the inverter to the loads. If shore or generator
power is lost, the inverter automatically supplies AC
power to the loads.
Fault Conditions
Low Battery –
The unit has shut down because the battery voltage is
below the set point in LBCO. It will automatically restart
when battery voltage rises above 12.5 VDC.
High Battery –
The unit has shut down because the battery voltage has
exceeded 15.5 VDC. It will automatically restart when the
battery voltage drops below 15.5 VDC.
Overtemp –
The unit has shut down because the temperature at the
transformer or FET board has exceed the safe temperature
operating range. It will automatically restart after unit cools
down.
AC Overload –
The unit has shut down because the AC load connected to
the inverter’s output exceeded its maximum output rating.
NOTE: When this occurs, reduce the load and MANUALLY
restart the unit.

Your inverter circuit is not running. On my coach I loose those points if I turn off the breaker labeled inverter in the breaker panel in the bedroom. Check to see if the breaker is tripped.

I do not know where the reset is for the inverter. I looked at the inverter and did not see a reset switch. Even when I turn off the main circuits, the lights on the control panel are still flashing green on charging and solid red on default. I looked in the bedroom and there is not a circuit panel, mine is above the driver seat and I have turned off all of the switches there and then back on. I did not leave any of them off for but a couple minutes. Sorry it is taking me so long to reply...I have to walk a country mile to MH and back to house to computer...Thanks for all your help

Right at the moment if you can believe control panel the batteries are at 12.4 to 12.5. I did not get any of the booklets for anything in the MH but the Neptune itself. I am thinking I might need alot more than that, can you make suggestions what booklets or instructions I might need and how I can go about getting them. Phone numbers for the components would be a great help.

Camelot you also said to reduce ac load and manually restart. The only thing on was the refrigerator which never stopped running on ac. But for reference, how do I manually restart the inverter. I also checked the temp and it was 80....is that too high?

Richard 44, not sure which mag inverter you have. However on in side you may have 2 or 3 push type resets. Depending on how it is mounted the resets may be on the back side. Hope this helps. Also if you look your inverter mod number on the magnum site it will give you a lot of info. Hope this helps.

The buttons on the side of the inverter are circuit breakers. You need to do an inverter reset. Press and hold the on/off button for at least 15 seconds or until the charge/inverting LED flashes rapidly. This indicates the inverter is reseting. Once the rapid flashing begins release the on/off button. Once the reset is complete check the panel to see if the fault has cleared.

Everythings back up and running ok....I had to shut down all of the 110 volt and 12 volt systems and then bring back up and that reset the inverter and the part of the 110 volt that was not working. It only took me a day...lol
Tomorrow is another day and the sun is shining...(:
