I'm probably over thinking this, but shutting off the house battery from being used in storage, does not prevent the batteries from being charged by the solar panels, correct?
Please let me know if I'm understanding this correctly, now looking at our panel, I have this for the solar :
The low light just means the panels aren't getting anything to charge the batteries due to the darkness, because I had the generator going and I had this in house battery volts. The charging light would apply only to the panels, not the generator? :
