On our 1st week long trip to the Oregon coast with our 01 Windsor 38 PBDD, the Vanguard Manobloc water manifold is leaking between 2 of the sections. Also the clamping block on the bottom that the bolts go through to hold it together is broken. Do any of you know where to order parts for it? I called Northwest RV and they don't have it.

Rick

Monaco. Had our Imperial's Manabloc manifold replaced there awhile back. Seems a previous owner had decided to replace the original Manbloc manifold with a homemade manifold. Go figure.

Google Vanguard Manabloc and you should get the website for the manufacturer, who can direct you to the nearest dealer. Very common item in the plumbing trade. Very good quality and excellent service from Vanguard.

Not sure if you have been able to get your manoblock fixed or not but the same thing happened to our 99 Windsor on our trip to AZ. We were on the road and called a couple of repairmen (both who said they were in the business for years but could not help us). I ended up crawling under our rig in the bay and found a phone number. I called that number because neither Monaco nor Northwest could help me. Monaco had a back order on the manoblocks, none in stock. I called a company who manufactured the manoblock. Viega NA, Inc., phone 1-800-976-9819. The internet site is www.viega-na.com, e-mail customerservice@viega.com. This was in January of 2010. I cannot say enough about their courtesy and willingness to help us. They UPS overnight shipped us what we needed, my wife and I put it in and we were on our way. They (VIEGA) are great people to deal with. Let me know if this helps you. Jim Wehren, Medford, Oregon
