MCD Stands behinds their Products

Recently had an issue with my front MCD Day/Nightshade and contacted MCD to discuss the problem with the heat seam that was separating. Nick Fredieu in technical support asked me to send some photos of the separations. After reviewing the photos, Nick asked me to send a photo of the sticker on the shade when it was manufactured. He informed me that MCD would replace the shade at no cost to me even though the shade was out of warranty.

I want to say "Thank You" to Nick and MCD for standing behind their products. It was one of the best investments we made to our coach.

Good to know, about a year ago I replaced all my old crappy day/night shades with MCD roller shades. So far they all work great, but good to know just in case.

Great product, great company, and great people when I've had the pleasure of spending the night at their location here in DFW when we needed some 'adjustments'.

I had adjusted the MCD shade next to the driver while driving. The whole assembly came tumbling down, with the end broken. Was in Texas, so made an appointment at there Hq/plant. Informed that this model was out of date and
was no longer produced This was in 2017, I have a 2013, 5 years??? Ended up waiting a day, while a new one made, at my cost, no discount. The installer was very nice.
