Mileage indicator

Somehow the mileage indicator on the speedometer went from displaying the correct mileage of 58*** miles to 08*** miles on our 07 Monaco LaPalma. Same dash as the Knight. Just wondering if anyone has had that happen and if so how to correct it? I normally keep it on the trans temp setting but last time I set it back to display mileage it showed 08*** miles.

Thanks

First, try disconnecting the battery, it often corrects memory errors like yours. If that doesn't do it, contact the chassis/engine manufacturer, the odometer, by federal law, is supposed to be accurate and tamperproof. They can suggest solutions.
