While not quite the same thing as having a slick printed book, you can download a PDF version of the brochure direct from Monaco:

Once the file loads on the web page (may take a while, they are big files) you can save the brochure to your compter by clicking on the save to disk button (looks like a little floppy) on the left side of the tool bar at the top of the brochure page.
Many of the brochures have photos that bleed across adjacent pages, so when looking at them one page at a time in Acrobat Reader, they don't look right. But if you have a large enough screen to handle it, setting the layout option in Acrobat Reader to show two pages side by side makes it a lot easier to read.
