Hello All,
I have been asked to try to get the lights and stuff working on this unit, and the first thing I did was find this mess. All the other electrical stuff is fine, but the previous owner or someone did this to the control panel just inside on the left of the front entry door (PS-Front) (must have been repoed and they were getting even). The pictures speak a thousand words.
What I am asking is, if any other cayman owners, or like kind coaches with this panel, coud take a few pictures and send them to me in a PM, especially the back side of it so I can see the wires and how they are hooked up. There are no manuals or prints with this coach. I have been in touch with Manaco and are working with the parts department to see if we can get the whole panel or the parts to make the panel whole again, so things would work. Thank you in advance if you can help.

Mike thank you for answering, I received an e-mail from Monaco today, and they in effect said the same thing. If they did not build it, and there name is on the side, and the S/N checks out, who did this mess I wonder?
I am at a loss on how to make stuff work, and where to even find some of the parts. I have told the current dealership, to check with other RV repair firms to see if they have any ideas, because I don't have a clue. I got the 12V cigareet lighter thing, I could most likely get the voltage guage, but the little micro switches at the bottom I would not know where to look, mabye Cole-Herse, but then I don't have any data on the voltage of the switch, and assuming is a bad thing, could cause a fire and be in worse shape than it's in now. It is hard to believe Monaco does not have anything since it does not look aftermarket.
I'm Stumped on what and how to fix it.

It's possible that a previous owner made an attempt at "improving" the standard switch panel. It certainly looks as though the basic wiring is intact, but any "planned" additional wiring is not.
It looks as though telephone, 12VDC and 120VAC outlets were added along with a 120V Voltmeter and miscellaneous switches. Perhaps it might be best just to revert to a standard panel - Monaco may have the original panel in stock.
Looking at a similar year Cayman or HR Neptune may give you a better idea of the standard arrangement.
Dennis

Yes, and he used some switches on the bottom I have never seen. I am leaving and so I have told the dealership to see what the other tech has to say about it. I am going to keep researching it and get any information to my contact there. Thank you for the information, if you see anything, let me know please.
