Monaco Coach Extended Care Service Agreement

I'm interested in comments by users, past and present, of the Monaco Coach Extended Care Service Agreement, New Premier Coverage which includes the "what is not covered" items as an exclusionary contract. The plan is administered by Prizm Administrative Solutions and listed as a MECH 2 Agreement.

Without getting into the specifics, this will be a no cost item to me from Monaco directly and interested in the plans performance. Particular interest are any denials of service and for what reasons. Also please tell me about how good the plan has worked for you.
