Monaco Consumer Survey
I am sure most of the regulars here received the Monaco Questionnaire via email. I commend the new Company for querying existing customers but was disappointed in the questions. The survey was all about high end units. Most of the questions were about nonsensical things: Would you like single handle or dual handle faucets? A lot of similar questions. I never saw anything about the chassis or power train. They should be asking: Would you buy a new high end Monaco with a Max Force engine? Would you want a redesigned front end that did not look like a locomotive? Would you buy a Monaco if it did NOT have a true Roadmaster chassis? I hope when they get to some of the rallies that owners will offer their suggestions on items other than fluff. One question was : Would you want sofa throw cushions?

They are never going to ask customers about engine or chassis sources. Those kind of decisions are made on cost and availability. Consider their choices: MaxForce, Cummings, Spartan, or Freightliner. I suspect you may see all four of these in future Monaco badged products. Notice I said Monaco badged and not Monaco. ASV owns the the Monaco, Holiday Rambler and Roadmaster names and they can put them on anything they like.

Yes many of the questions were just that "fluff"... If you fill out the survey there are places for comments and you can raise issues like Roadmaster chassis, engine, etc.. as you did in your post. I did when I filled out the survey a while back.

No, did not receive an email from Monaco.
Does being the 3rd owner disqualify me?

No, it just means you are not in their database. If you want to take the survey just go here:
