We just stopped by the Elkhart service to see if we could pickup a new bay heater that wasn't working. When I went in the service write up I got surprize of my life, they asked if they could fix it for me and anything else that was wrong. They fixed two water leaks, adjusted slides and checked LP system. We have been at a lot of dealers of all kinds over the years but have never had better service than this. All this without a appointment. "WOW"

Gotta love the Monaco group! Glad to hear that everything went as smoothly as it did .
One question.. how cold is it right now in Elkhart? Could be that is the best time to go to Elkhart for service!

LOL... Noooooo...you can never say too much!
I am glad I am where I am right now (It is 53 outside right now...but I am a couple of time zones west of you) ...but Sacs has told me we are going to have a cold snap beginning of next week (29 ). He will get stuff wrapped this weekend!
(PS... how long will you hang at DeMartini?)
