Evidentally I got such a good deal on my '09 Executive that it put Monaco Las Vegas out of business. They delivered it to me on June 15 but with only one (incomplete) set of keys. No one will answer their phone or answer emails. My bay doors are locked; the remote won't unlock and I have no keys for them. Hopefully I can get a locksmith to make keys from the information on the build sheet.

FWIW My 03 Knight Bay key fit my 05 Knight. If you have a Monaco friend try his key.

dlovitt, that locking system and latches was manufactured by Tri-Mark. Assuming that the entire system is installed correctly, they should be able to help you out.

If they are having problems with it, give me a call and I may be able to help you out.

Tri-Mark's contact info is 1-800-431-8616 or TriMark Corporation

dlovitt....Monaco tech support might be able to tell you how to program or bypass the remote so you can unlock the doors. You should have a keyless entry and remote for the main doors. I'm not sure if they use that system for the bay doors or if it's separate. I'm guessing you have to have an internal switch to unlock the bay doors. If that's not working, it might be a fuse. They could have pulled the fuse while it was on the lot to keep people from breaking in. Just throwing out thoughts you may not have tried...good luck.

I drove past Monaco of Vegas yesterday and everything was gone. Showroom empty, no units outside, and service closed.

In the last month my DW and I have said to each other, let's go to that new restaurant we went to a few week ago, it was pretty good. This happened 3 times and when we went back POOF they were gone. Each open less than 3 months, it's getting ugly out there!

You should be able to unlock your bay doors using the key pad at the front door. You can set the alarm, lock and unlock door and bay doors from there.

We have ran into those guys the past few years at Hot August Nights, in Reno. They have stopped by our rig over at Sparks Marina RV Park a couple of times each year during our stay. I will let you know if they are set up there next week for the big car show or if we run into them anywhere during the event.

Maybe Findlay RV will get their HR franchise back. I know that would make them happy. When Monaco opened their own store last year they ripped that franchise away from Findlay.
