Unhappy Monaco overhead drop down tv cover repairs removal

In need of how to remove the outer vynl cover to gain access to the drop down tv motor/ram system. Also any information on where to find make/model/OEM data for the tv system. Currently, driver side shaft bearing housing has shattered and the eye bolt has come out of the end of the drive ram. Need to get on the road in a few days but TV is broken in the down position. I can't even figure out how to take the upholystry down to get to the unit. HELP!

Just dive into it. After pulling surround sound speakers we were able to unscrew the cover and expose the tv lifting cage. Found the drive side bearing housing had cracked. In process of repairs now. Thanks
