I am thinking about purchasing a Monaco product and would like to know what the wait time is to get into a service center, say Wildwood? How long in advance do you have to book the appointment. That is if a local dealer cannot handle the issue.

I've never had a problem getting into the service center in Indiana. If you are flexable I've seen walkins get worked in. Mater of fact I'm going to Elkhart toward the end of July for some service and I was told to just give them a call the week before I'm planning on coming and they would have a spot for me, no hassle just good service.

It all depends on the time of year. During the winter, all the snow birds pretty well keep Wildwood busy, so it may take several months to get an appt; however, if you have an emergency, they can get you in right away. The service personnel are super nice. Never bother you looking over their sholder or asking them questions.
The facilities are super, nice place to camp/meet people. They were always willing to fix anything I wanted them to do. They even replace my box tv in the bedroom with a flat screen (all the wood trimmings and etc) at no cost to me except the cost of the tv which I got at Walmart. I have always enjoyed our visits at Wildwood--as well as Wakarusa. We are on our 3rd Monaco MH.

This time of year it will probably take about 3 to 4 weeks to get in. s/Toby
