The official name is Monaco Service Center and the telephone number is 877-666-2262. They have 25 people working at this time. They are a fully authorized Monaco factory service center.

Are you speaking of the old Monaco Service Center that was taken over by Turning Wheel?

We had a delam issue repaired by the Monaco Service Center/Turning Wheel in October. They did a great job. I would highly reccomend them for all RV service.

I also stopped here last week for an estimate which by the way I did not want to wait for and get caught in rush hour in Chicago. Been a week and still have not seen in the mail. Will have to call them.
They seem to have a nice set up and a far number of motorhomes in the shop (guessing 25 or so) They did take to time to inspect my issue and educate me on the cause and solution, I just do not have the price yet. Oh, btw they have a special going on to winterize your coach for $20.00. Yes, thats right $20.00 and they are thinking of running a special this winter by reducing their hourly rate by 20% if the repair is over 20 hours of labor. Think you need a coupon from them for this.

I've had my dealings with Turning Wheel in the past...And NO THANK YOU, never again. I'll use Elkhart Service and Collision, they are an authorize Monaco repair center and I know the work they'll do. Matter of fact, they just picked up my coach and took it back to IN for repairs... Now that's customer service, especially since I live about 11 hours from Elkhart.

In another forum there has been mention of All 4 One Service. Apparently they also employ ex Monaco techs and their labor rate is only $65 an hour!! Has any one had experience with them??
