Monaco Supplier Warranty Policy

I had a blow out on my Sleep by the Numbers bed and contacted them. Since it was less than 2 years old, which they took my word for, they replaced the blown diaphram at no charge and were very cordial about it. The mattresses have a 2 year full warranty and a 20 year scaled warranty.

I just had a bolt shear on my electric steps and contacted SCS. They referred me to Lippert so I emailed them this morning and am awaiting their reply. The bolt is part of a joint that appears to be specially manufactured for the purpose of connecting the motor mechanism to the steps.

Thanks for the reply. Ours works perfectly. No leaks. I just wish it did not use so much water. We do not boondock very often and when we d o it is usually no more than 2 nights. But if we did more boondocking I would buy a different toilet.

I hope you have better luck than I. Lippert told me to see Monaco for any warranty issues. Your bolt should not be over $10.00 so it is no big deal. My motor was $171.00
