Had my first chance to call Tec Support today. Wanted to know where to find the cables for the pre wired Satellite. Told me right where to find them. Great Tec Support. I hope not to need to call much. But sure glad the person on the other end of the phone knows what he or she is doing.

Glad it worked for you UPS 34! That's been my experience too. Sure am glad they're there.

From what I understand, most (if not all) of the phone-techs were once out on the lines themselves or in other areas of the actual build-cycle, so it's not like they may have never seen a coach except in a brochure. They're learned 'em from the wheels-up.

My experience with tech support has always been very positive...they have gone out of there way to try and help.....
