The last few times I have called or emailed them, I spoke with Bob Presson of their tech support department. I used the following contact info:
(800) 450-6336
mcctech@monacocoach.com
Either method, always have your coach ID number ready as it allows them to specifically answer your question as it relates to your coach versus a general response.

It's actually the UNIT number. It's a rather long number and with mine, they only need the last 6 digits. You can find it on the Monaco spec sheet posted usually in the closet and there are also some documents pasted to the wall adjacent to the drivers seat. It is also on one of them. These same documents also have the Chassis VIN # but it's the coach number that they reference for service, technical advice and so forth.
