Not a specific step by step but this will work:
1. Remove pressure cap.
2. Turn heater controls to max heat.
3. Open radiator petcock if you have one.
4. If no petcock then take lowest coolant hose loose.
5. Catch coolant in suitable container.
6. When all is drained, refill with plain water, close up any drain points & start engine. Run until warm.
Repeat above until drain water is fairly clear. If the old coolant was in pretty good condition & not heavily discolored, it's not necessary to do this more than a couple of times. The tricky part is estimating the total cooling system capacity so you have a ball park idea about how much water will remain when you refill with coolant. You will need to add100% coolant matching the amount of plain water left in the system. Then continue to fill with 50/50 coolant to water. You can use distilled water as your final flush so you will have mostly distilled left in the system.
It's important to leave the cabin heat on max during this so the coolant up in the heater core and hoses is flushed also. You may have to top up a couple of times after this procedure as air pockets get burped out of the system. Some people remove the thermostat during this procedure. It's usually pretty high up on the engine block & that will keep you from getting air locked.
This is just a general procedure & not specific to your ISB.
